After a fire in the restaurant’s kitchen right before New Year caused a lot of smoke damage, Dr. Baguirov led successful rebuilding and remodeling efforts, with comprehensive updates to the safety and preservation of the historic building.
 It was not a small task to coordinate and supervise rebuilding efforts, since multiple tenants, insurance companies, adjusters, forensic accountants, investigators, city and county officials, etc., were all involved in the aftermath, thus, naturally, slowing down the rebuilding efforts. With all new roof, multiple brand-new HVAC and water heating systems, floors, paint, electric panels, energy-efficient lighting, camera security system and alarm monitoring, the historic building allow Daytonians and guests of the city to enjoy its beauty and historic significance even more.
