US military construction projects in 23 states, 21 countries, 3 territories affected by fund diversion to border wall

A senior defense official detailed  the military construction projects which will be affected by Secretary of Defense Mark Esper's approval to difert $3.6 billion in military construction funding to build or repair 175 miles of wall along the southern border.
